Hello friends! I just finished rounding up my 2018 Holiday Gift Guide! I did this last year (2017 Gift Guide) and got a lot of good feedback, so I hope this sparks some inspiration for you and makes your holiday shopping a little more fun. These items are either things I own and enjoy, or are on my own wish list this year. A lot of them are linked to Amazon to make it easy. :)
I'll wrap this post up (pun intended) the same way I did last year... remember-- stuff is just stuff! Don't sweat the small stuff this holiday season! The gift of your time and friendship are worth more than any material item you can purchase for someone...
I'm giving away all my secrets with this post. This recipe is the dish I usually bring to family holiday gatherings and now everyone will know how embarrassingly easy it is. :)
This dish is healthy, so delicious, festive for the holidays, and E-A-S-Y. It's great for the entirety of the fall and winter seasons, but it's perfect for holiday gatherings. Why? Because it's a real crowd pleaser, it's easy for you to make, and it's easily doubled (or tripled!) for a large crowd. Plus, it's healthy and light in the midst of super rich holidays meals.
Gratitude is a buzzword we hear a lot these days. But what exactly is it, how can it help YOU, and how do you start a practice? We need to understand what practicing gratitude really means and how we can use it to brighten our lives.

A few months ago, I attended my second Ayurveda training. Ayurveda has really become a interest of mine and I plan to keep learning about it and finding ways to implement it in my own life.
However... every time I mention it to someone outside of my yoga circle, I get similar responses like these:
• "What exactly are you saying?"
• "How is that spelled?"
• "What does that mean?"
• And... strange looks.
Thus, this post was born. This is simply a short, basic introduction to Ayurveda
