I may not be a salad lover, but one thing I can appreciate about them is how you can take a lot of ingredients and throw them together. Similar to an omelette or a pizza. If you haven't realized that yet, then there's a life hack for you. Salads, omelettes and pizzas are great ways to consume half used up veggies and random ingredients.
A couple nights ago, I had remnants of pizza night in my refrigerator... half a container of mushrooms, half a bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes. To use them up, I made a Greek Salad.
